Jewelry Apppraisal Detail & Care
During the course of the jewelry appraisal, your items will be carefully evaluated to determine weights, contents, color, clarity, and cutting angles. Gems will be identified, measured, and graded, and the value determined. Certificates will be issued when appropriate, and enlarged color photos of the jewelry will be included in the appraisal report. Photomicrographs will also be available when needed (for insurance claims or other purposes). An explanation of the grading systems and the definitions used are included in the appraisal report.
